$100-$150 for a 50-minute session
Intensive therapy – If you are experiencing a crisis situation and believe that you need more sessions, please contact me. I can accommodate your specific needs to offer more intensive services if needed.
Fees are calculated on a per session basis, regardless of the number of people in the room. There is no extra charge for attending therapy as a couple or family, unless you decide you would like a longer session (some individuals, couples and families prefer 80-minute sessions). Sliding scale, reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Clients may pay by cash, credit card, (all credit cards accepted) or check. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.

If you would like to find out prior to starting therapy, talk with your health insurance company. These are some useful questions to ask them:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Do I have a Mental Health Diagnosis? If so, does my Major Medical Plan cover it?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- Does my mental health insurance place a yearly limit on psychotherapy?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is a referral required from my primary care physician?
Note about insurance
Using your insurance to pay for therapy has benefits and risks. While it can certainly lower the cost of services, it typically will require me to assign a mental health diagnosis to you. This is something that will become a part of your medical record. Also, many insurance plans state that they cover couples counseling, but often they do this by requiring a diagnosis to be assigned to one member of the couple.
24 hours notice must be received in advance of a cancelled appointment. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge for the full session fee. Payment will be required before the next session begins.
